is not anonymous and you will be standing behind anything you post. |

Do I have to notify my sponsors about using ProTech?
A:
No, but often disclosing that you use a background research service
will save confusion and complaints farther down the road.
If you obtain negative information about a person and you
decide not to provide care for thier child, you must tell
the applicant about the information used to make that decision, and that it came
from ProTech. Give them our contact information so they can
contact us for a copy of the report. ProTech allows parents to post a response
to reports that parents feel are inaccurate or do not tell the entire story. |

The information is reported to ProTech by daycare providers in your
